Our collection of amazing heat pack pocket trousers were designed with you in mind.
Enjoy the bliss of a heat pack, comfort of adjustable waistband for those bloating moments and above all else the comfort of the clothes you want to wear without the hassle.
I’m actually in love with my leggings. They arrived today and I tried them on and the material is super soft and comfy. Sizing is true match for me even has a little bit to tighten the waste band.
I was shocked when I opened it to see that it came with its own heat/cool pack which is amazing as well.
I definitely would recommend these for anyone that suffers with abdominal pains as it’s a good way to hide the heat source rather than carrying one round like I’ve been doing.
Yes people think £36 is a lot for these but for anyone that suffers like me appreciate the little details like the pouches to have heat packs in.
Will definitely be ordering more on payday of the different colours
I preordered these after they were recommended by a friend on Instagram who swore by them for bloating and abdomen pain. I waited over a month for delivery, although I guess this would change if you were just ordering them normally.
THEY ARE COMFY. They feel like leggings that I’ve had for ages, and with the v shaped waistband, there is no severe mark/tightness on my stomach.
The idea is genius, I have pmdd and will happily live with a hot water bottle or heat pack on my stomach for 2/3 weeks of the month. The subtle pocket is great for popping a heat pack in and doesn’t draw attention. (Another pro, it comes with a small heat pack).
The leggings aren’t seethrough at the bum, which tends to be an issue, however I can’t speak for other colours.
The sizing/fit is very off. I am at least a size 16 in trousers, but I read other reviews which said to size down. I am so so glad I did. I bought a 12-14 and they are still fairly loose considering they are leggings, which are usually skin tight. The material at my ankles is a bit loose too, I did try rolling them up, but it doesn’t sit right.
The side pockets/waist band. Towards the back of the hips, there are two side pockets which are designed for the small heat pack to go in(if you suffer from hip pain), these “pockets” feel more like regular pockets that have been sewed backwards. I initially thought they were normal pockets - but backwards - as I did not think the small heat pack would fit, it does just fit. Just. These “pockets” also make the waistband a bit bulky, and it prevents the leggings from lying totally flat along the waistband.
The cost. I totally understand that this is a business and they want to make a profit, but £40 for leggings and shipping just isn’t realistic, especially when there are still issues. The cost does not reflect the material, as they feel like general leggings I could purchase from a high store, which would cost half the price. I don’t feel that the pocket for the heat pack should cause the price to increase so much.
I’m really torn if I should buy another pair, the idea is so good for chronic pain sufferers/people who need the heat pack, and I am definitely feeling the benefit of not having to hide a heat pack under my normal clothes, but with the cost, I don’t feel it is value for money.
Thank you for your feedback Jay.
The back pockets are a 'just' fit size to ensure the pack doesn't move around whilst wearing them. the pocket material can be flattened after use to give a flatten fit.
The leggings are £36 that reflect the price of material, living wages and overheads. As a small business we don't have the luxury that high street store do for low production costs for high quantities. We also commit to as little as possible waste ensuring all material is used and any surplus stock is heavily reduced or donated to women's causes.
I hope that this gives a better insight into us as a brand.
The fabric is insane not to mention the fit is absolutely amazing. Fits absolutely perfectly without restricting my stoma bag.
I love these trousers, so so comfy and nice and thick too, really high quality. About to order my next pair :)
These are just absolutely fantastic! They're SO much better than maternity clothes, which is what I often default too when my bloat is bad. I often have days where even maternity clothes feel too tight and painful, I've had a day like that since owning these leggings and I still found the leggings extremely comfortable. I love that they're adjustable because I really am a different size every day! And before and after eating! They're a really flattering fit on my plumper body too, my boyfriend says my bum looks great in them haha! And I like the branding detail on the back of the waistband too.
I don't think it's an overstatement to say they're actually life changing, just an hour after they arrived I wanted to do the dishes but I was really bloody sore, stuck on the couch with my hot water bottle, so I thought I'd take my new leggings for a test run - hands free heat pain relief enabled me to do the dishes! I'm also in my local amateur theatre, and they allow me to have pain relief while I rehearse! The only thing that would make them any better would be pockets! Mind you, I can fit my phone in the back pockets that are meant for the heat pads lol.
I was really impressed with the thickness of the fabric too, they're not the usual thin material you'd expect with leggings, so they're warm (I live in Scotland) and seem pretty sturdy. They're really comfy on the legs as well as the belly. As mentioned in a previous review, things do stick to the fabric a tiny bit but I didn't find it as bad as the other person who wrote about it - I haven't had to lint roll them - but you might if you have pets or something. I also like that the separation between the legs and waistband isn't as obvious as it is on maternity clothes.
As for sizing, I'm between a 14 and 16, but more on the side of a 16... I read the suggestions to size down for a snug fit, but I measured myself against the sizing guide and decided to go for the 14-16 rather than the 16-18, thinking that the 12-14 might be too much of a downsize... and they fit perfectly. I'm only 5ft 1 so I thought I might have to take them up - but they sit nice on my legs without bunching up so I think they'll be fine.
The size of the heat pack pocket in the belly is great too, I am not a great lover of microwave heat packs as I don't find they last very long, but I've found a mini hot water bottle that will fit in the pocket (obviously it will bulge but I'm past caring haha) and I think those heat packs with the disc that you click would also fit. You can fit two of the heat packs that come with the clothes into the tummy pocket too if you want extra heat coverage on a bad day
A couple of things that I think it might be worth the makers thinking about, though - is the band used for adjusting them... it would be nice to be able to clip or hook the D ring onto something so it isn't just dangling about when they're adjusted to a tighter setting. Another thing is, they're made for chronically ill folk, and chronically ill folk have a tendency to go into hospital and go for scans so I thought it might be worth changing the D ring material to plastic - I was hoping to wear these for my upcoming MRI scan as the drink I have to take for it will really bloat me up, but the metal means I probably can't. It also could be quite fiddly for people with dexterity issues, as the buttons and button holes are quite small.
Absolutely genius though, really well thought out, and extremely comfortable! I can't wait to order more leggings (and pjs!) and I am so excited to see what you guys come up with next!
These leggings are super comfortable and do the trick but... everything sticks to the fabric. Worn them once and had to keep lint rolling them. Definitely not something I could wear outside the house.
Comfy as heck. Can be loosened on bloaty days. Heatpack pockets are the best bit. Honestly don't know how I got through before finding there leggings!
Size down. These guys can be let out at the waist, but run big. I'm a size 8, and the 6-8 is just slightly loose on me.
First of all thank you so much for making these. The waist is a DREAM. The material of leggings themselves could be improved I think and possibly a bit softer? I got my usual size and they are far too big so I'm going to order the smaller pair and hope they fit as I can't afford to keep trying. All in all amazing idea that works... Needs a little fine tuning. I really want to try the jeans but the sizing concerns me.
Leggings are fab for a flare up. Just love the fact they can be tightened!
Only thing is I definitely should have sized down. I’m normally a 12 but because I’m so tall and the bloat is real I went for the 12-14 over the 10-12 - they are just a bit big without a bloat and need them really tightened but still comfy just a little bit too baggy on the leg. The quality of the material is so amazing and warm!
I haven't been able to wear jeans for about 4 years now, so I thought I'd give these a try, thinking I could always return them if they weren't suitable... I'm so glad I did - I actually cried when I put them on! I love jeans and there was a point in time where I didn't even own any other leg wear like leggings or joggers or whatever. I've not even been able to wear maternity jeans because I find they don't stay up. The belly fabric comes down a little too low for me on maternity jeans but it doesn't on this pair! It would be so cool to see them in a lighter shade, I've always preferred lighter jeans, don't like dark ones at all, but these are a nice medium shade. The pockets (as in the jean pockets not the pocket for the heat pack) are a really great size - especially for women's clothing haha! I can actually fit my phone in them! I really like the seams in the bottom of the legs too - I'm 5ft 1 so of course they're a bit on the long side but the way the design is at the bottom, it means they still sit nice on my shoes (they don't bunch up, or scrape across the ground) and I probably won't have to bother taking them up!
They don't have the pockets for the heat packs in the back (or the I'm Fine Attire branding) like the leggings do - which is fine for me because I mainly want heat on my belly but I thought it was worth mentioning incase it factored in to anyone else's decision whether to buy or not. The size of the heat pack pocket is great though, I am not a great lover of microwave heat packs as I don't find they last very long, but I've found a mini hot water bottle that will fit in the pocket (obviously it will bulge but I'm past caring haha) and I think those heat packs with the disc that you click would also fit. You can fit two of the heat packs that come with the clothes into the tummy pocket too if you want extra heat coverage on a bad day.
I want to mention sizing because I know it's a point of discussion with these heat pack clothes, and I found reviews helped me to make my decision... I'm at that weird point where I was a 14 but have put on a little weight so a 14 from some retailers are too small and a 16 can be too big from some places. I've seen on here that the general advice is to size down but after reading some reviews on the jeans mentioning that they didn't fit some people on the thighs, I ordered a 16 rather than a 14 because I do have thicc thighs. I think that was the right thing to do, without trying out the 14 it's hard to say but I think the 14 would have been too tight on my thighs, as these ones fit quite snugly - but not uncomfortably. Because I didn't size down, this does mean that they are a little loose round the belly when I'm not on maximum bloat setting, but that doesn't matter as much because the waist band is adjustable, and they do stay up when tightened. Also, I went for a walk in the cold the other night and this meant I could layer them on top of the leggings for warmth!
If it helps anyone decide what size to order, I ordered a 14-16 in the heat pack leggings and a 16 in the jeans, the jeans definitely feel bigger than the leggings.
I think it's absolutely fantastic that someone has made these for us because maternity clothes aren't always suitable and there's obviously a massive gap in the market - I found it when I googled "clothing for bloated stomach" and all the other results were like waist trainers and those control wear torture devices... It would be cool to see a pair of tights made seeing as a lot of us bloated gals would default to dresses which aren't always suitable in British weather!
One suggestion for the makers though, is, it would be nice to be able to clip the adjusting band onto when it's tightened quite a lot, so that the elastic isn't just hanging.
Super flattering & beautiful fabrics & prints. I adore mine & practically live in them.
I really really loved these but as they are one size sadly they were just far to big for me! Really gutted to send them back as the material was really nice quality and I loved the print. I am 5’2 and normally a size 6 (8/10 with the bloat) and the sizing does say 8-20 so I did take a chance hoping they would fit.
Also the customer service was really good my return didn’t end up in the right place but the team were quick to reply and help me with the return!
Amazing quality & so so comfortable. Suffering with bloating & having a stoma bag these are not restrictive at all. Highly recommend to anyone!
Super comfortable and they look pretty cool too.
Need to get more in other colours
Thought I'd be too old to wear these but I don't care. They are so comfortable I'm ordering another pair. Could you make some long sleeved t-shirts to wear with them.
The material is soft and comfortable and I love them.
I'm always sceptical of dungarees being 5ft 10, a size 10-12 and having the shape of Elastigirl from the Incredibles but these fit so well. I have no cutting in the groin area, it's nice and loose for when I get flare days and adjustable around the chest.
I've worn them on a sunny 5 mile walk and they held up super well and kept me cool and comfortable.
They're also loose without looking incredibly baggy which is a big bonus for me.
Would recommend to tall and curvy girls!
The fabric is beautifully soft cotton, there is lots of room so nothing is tight around my back or waist when I’m having flare ups of any of my conditions. They wash perfectly & still are soft as anything, I love them! The light pink is a colour I don’t usually wear but it looks great teamed with an I’m Fine Attire t-shirt for summer. The length of the body is perfect as I’m 5 ft 5 & a size 12. They’re big on me as I hoped they would be & slightly cropped at the bottom, perfect for summer. I highly recommend these gorgeous dungarees, the leopard print ones look great too...but I have a top in that material already! Hoping for summery colours like pale blue or lilac to join the range. Soooo comfy you’ll wish you’d bought them ages ago & the tie up bit to do them up I have had lots of comments on how lovely they are instead of horrid metal bits you usually get on dungarees. Lovely clothing, definitely recommend!
I think these are really comfy, i ordered the smallest size as I'm usually an 8 depending on stomach swelling. The only downsides are no pockets, and that they're on the short side. I'm only 5ft 2" and they barely come down to my ankle bone, so when you sit down....they wriggle up even higher, and it's annoying having to pull them back down my legs. Good quality materials and stitching, just a shame about the shortness in the leg length.
Honestly these are the comfiest joggers I have ever owned. Only downside is there are no pockets! But still not a bit enough issue for me to not give them 5 stars.
