Wow! These are incredible!! They are so comfy & they come with a heat pack for the pocket in the front waist band...genius!! The waist band is so comfortable, it doesn't dig in & it's got room to grow for endo Belly days.

My pyjamas arrived today and I was blown away! They are super soft, comfortable and fit perfectly! I love the fact the top is so much longer to accommodate bloating, the waist band doesn’t restrict you in anyway! And the added gel pad is the perfect touch! So so happy with them & now I want all of them 😂

I already had the heat pack leggings when I was bought these jeans and in comparison they are rubbish. They don't have the hip/side back pockets that the leggings if your pain isn't just in the front and because they're just adapted pregnancy jeans the tummy bit is far too big and slip down constantly (eventhough the jeans fit well) because bloating isn't the same as pregnancy and the tightening band goes all the way round making it uncomfortable. Unlike the clever cross front leggings with the tightening just at the back. It does however help that the jeans are so high waisted as a wheelchair user so you don't end up with a builders bum

Recently I've not been able to wear jeans when on period due to bloat. These fit very well and will be able to adjust when I am bloated. The heat pack pocket is discreet.

I have a feeding tube and due to its placement I can’t wear traditional jeans or anything with really thin, tight elastic waists. These jeans are an absolute game changer !! The stretchy material where the heat pack goes is so incredibly soft and isn’t so tight it irritates my tube so I’m able to wear my it over my tube site super comfortably. The jean material is also super soft and they look really flattering on. I wasn’t sure about sizing as I had seen other reviews say size down but I went with my regular size, they look a bit more like mom jeans on the leg on me but I really like them like that, I could definitely have sized down though they just would have been a bit slimmer. Thank you so much for making these jeans, I can’t tell you how great it is to finally have a pair of jeans I can wear.

I have a lot of trouble with jeans, I have huge hips and a smaller waist (although sadly I'm not a size 8 anymore!) and I read all the reviews and decided against popular opinion to order the size I normally have (a 22 if anyone is wondering), because I have thicc thighs and the reviews stated they were quite tight on the thighs. And boy am I glad I went with my own judgment!

The jeans are nice and soft and baggy, and there is no waist button, belt loops or zip and instead the material that houses the pocket for the heat pack is super soft and they are definitely my new favourite pair of jeans! I no longer have to worry about my muffin top and don't feel squeezed to death in jeans that don't fit properly! The elastic around the waist can be tightened or loosened to suit bloating and the button and the excess can be stuffed in the pocket or looped around your waist - whatever you prefer.

PLUS, THEY COME WITH A HEAT PACK. THANK YOU!!!!!!!! I keep losing mine! My only complaint is that I wish they came in other colours - black, grey and a lighter blue.

Absolutely love them....my endometriosis is making it very difficult to find comfortable clothing but the jeans and leggings are perfect !

Love these leggings, I would recommend sizing down as these are a large fit. The back pockets are a little awkward and the pack doesnt really sit well. The leggings are comfortable and soft.

Bought for my partner, true to size. Were more cotton-y than expected but still super comfy. Lovely colour. They haven't used them on a pain day yet but already knows they'll be "life changing".

I really really loved these but as they are one size sadly they were just far to big for me! Really gutted to send them back as the material was really nice quality and I loved the print. I am 5’2 and normally a size 6 (8/10 with the bloat) and the sizing does say 8-20 so I did take a chance hoping they would fit.
Also the customer service was really good my return didn’t end up in the right place but the team were quick to reply and help me with the return!

Amazing quality & so so comfortable. Suffering with bloating & having a stoma bag these are not restrictive at all. Highly recommend to anyone!

These pjs are so soft and comfortable. Love how the T-shirt is long and loose so in the summer I can use it as a sleep top. I do wish the leggings had 3 pockets for the heat packs like the leggings but still my go to pjs now

I've never spent this much on a pair of PJ's but since it was endo awareness month and £10 off, I decided to treat myself! And I am soooo glad I did, the quality is literally amazing, so thick and so soft!! Always buy my PJ's in sizes bigger so they're baggy (endo bloating lol) but I could've got away with my own size and still been plenty comfy! Although I'm not complaining cause I can use the top as a nightey now too for them hot nights! I love the saying on it so much and the heat pack pouch is just every girls dream! Just bought 3 pairs of leggings thanks to how comfy these PJ's are and the incredible quality! I love this company and everything you stand for and do, I will 100% be purchasing more in the future!!

I absolutely love my new pjs. I had the pink/blush pair and wow I was not disappointed. If anything I was more surprised as the thickness of them were amazing and they were so so soft. Also washed perfectly. I will definitely be buying another pair and can’t wait to see what other ones are brought out in the future. Xx

These were my first purchase with this company. I've been wearing leggings during my periods for a while for comfort and since trying these I will be wearing nothing else. The fit feels like a second skin, they aren't tight or heavy feeling but they aren't loose either. I have fibromyalgia and have never found that balance. I wore them for about 3 days straight because I was so comfy and didn't get that baggy feeling you tend to get with leggings when you've worn them more than once. The pockets for heat packs are perfectly placed. I also have endometriosis and reoccurring kidney stones and these leggings will help keep me comfortable for my worst days. I cannot give these anymore praise. Because of the heat packs I was able to cook myself dinner while on a period and I'm normally bed bound because of how bad the cramping and nausea gets. Everyone who is thinking about these needs to try them because they helped me just feel "normal" and they are so discreet, no-one would know you were wearing something different. The adjustable waistband was comfortable for normal tum and full period bloat tum and the fabric is just incredibly soft and luxurious. Before purchase I was shocked by the pice but having worn them, felt the quality and experienced how much they helped I would say they are worth it.

These were my third pair of leggings! I'm usually a 16 in trousers, so for my first pairs I ordered16-18 which were a tiny bit big (not just around the waist, they bunch on the leg) but not too big that I can't wear them... but I decided to order a 12-14 in these, and they're great! They're great with or without the heat pack! I was so sick of wearing clothes that hurt!
The back pockets are a very tight fit, which I can totally understand why, so that the heat pack doesn't move around too much - but it just means they're less discrete, which does not bother me at all.
The adjustable waist band is a fantastic idea too - I would love to see this waistband with some different leg styles like flare or boot cut - or even shorts!
Worth every penny.

I’m actually in love with my leggings. They arrived today and I tried them on and the material is super soft and comfy. Sizing is true match for me even has a little bit to tighten the waste band.
I was shocked when I opened it to see that it came with its own heat/cool pack which is amazing as well.
I definitely would recommend these for anyone that suffers with abdominal pains as it’s a good way to hide the heat source rather than carrying one round like I’ve been doing.

Yes people think £36 is a lot for these but for anyone that suffers like me appreciate the little details like the pouches to have heat packs in.

Will definitely be ordering more on payday of the different colours

I preordered these after they were recommended by a friend on Instagram who swore by them for bloating and abdomen pain. I waited over a month for delivery, although I guess this would change if you were just ordering them normally.

Pros -
THEY ARE COMFY. They feel like leggings that I’ve had for ages, and with the v shaped waistband, there is no severe mark/tightness on my stomach.
The idea is genius, I have pmdd and will happily live with a hot water bottle or heat pack on my stomach for 2/3 weeks of the month. The subtle pocket is great for popping a heat pack in and doesn’t draw attention. (Another pro, it comes with a small heat pack).
The leggings aren’t seethrough at the bum, which tends to be an issue, however I can’t speak for other colours.

Cons-
The sizing/fit is very off. I am at least a size 16 in trousers, but I read other reviews which said to size down. I am so so glad I did. I bought a 12-14 and they are still fairly loose considering they are leggings, which are usually skin tight. The material at my ankles is a bit loose too, I did try rolling them up, but it doesn’t sit right.
The side pockets/waist band. Towards the back of the hips, there are two side pockets which are designed for the small heat pack to go in(if you suffer from hip pain), these “pockets” feel more like regular pockets that have been sewed backwards. I initially thought they were normal pockets - but backwards - as I did not think the small heat pack would fit, it does just fit. Just. These “pockets” also make the waistband a bit bulky, and it prevents the leggings from lying totally flat along the waistband.
The cost. I totally understand that this is a business and they want to make a profit, but £40 for leggings and shipping just isn’t realistic, especially when there are still issues. The cost does not reflect the material, as they feel like general leggings I could purchase from a high store, which would cost half the price. I don’t feel that the pocket for the heat pack should cause the price to increase so much.

I’m really torn if I should buy another pair, the idea is so good for chronic pain sufferers/people who need the heat pack, and I am definitely feeling the benefit of not having to hide a heat pack under my normal clothes, but with the cost, I don’t feel it is value for money.

Be aware: The fit on these pajamas is significantly different to the leggings. I am a size 12-14 in the leggings and bought the same size for the pajamas and found that they were baggy in the crotch and legs.

The fabric and stitching also doesn't feel as high quality, which is a little disappointing; it doesn't feel as sturdy around the elastic, which is not adjustable. While I quite obviously have the wrong size and that's probably contributing, I'm also just not happy with the general 'feel' of the construction - especially as the leggings are rapidly turning favourite items of clothing.

I decided to take the plunge on these when I read a review that said these pajamas feel like soft cotton and I respectfully disagree - they're not particularly breathable and if you sweat or get hot spells when you're in pain, you might want to give these a miss.

I'm not saying they're awful (if a cotton jersey version came out, I would probably try again) but they're definitely not as good quality as the leggings and I honestly feel the design could do with some fine tuning.

The fabric of these is so soft! And the oversized top is such a nice touch as well!
However, with the fabric being kind of thinner - the heat pack can weigh them down a bit. I initially ordered a 12-14 because that's what I am in the pink pyjamas and the leggings, they did fit but they were a tiiiiny bit loose on me and the heat pack would weigh them down, meaning the heat wasn't where I wanted it to be. So I ended up ordering an 8-10 pair as well - and this REALLY surprised me - and I will tell you why... The 8-10 are a very snug fit on me, and they arrived on a day when I thought my bloat could get no bigger - and even though they were tight around the bloat - I could NOT feel any pressure from them at all like I normally would if I was wearing any other clothing that fit me that tightly (even maternity clothes hurt me when I'm like this) and that has to be some kind of magic. I'm sat here now with a bloat so big that when I push my stomach out nothing happens, but as I day, I can't feel any pressure at all. I'm as comfortable as I would be if I was wearing an XXXXXL nightie!
Such a beautiful colour too, but they do run in the wash (even after the 3rd-4th wash), but I knew they probably would so I was prepared for this and washed them with things I don't care about getting dyed (they even run enough that their own label turns pink) - they rand it certainly doesn't bother me, but I just thought it was worth mentioning in the review. (I wash everything at 20degrees)

It would be nice to see the adjustable waist band on pyjamas, just because I think if they'd had that, I wouldn't have needed to order a smaller size to be able to keep my heatpack in place. And maybe the back pockets too - but that's because I don't actually sleep in pyjamas, I wear them round the house.

This would not be my first hoodie purchase from I'm fine, and it certainly won't be my last! I always buy 2 sizes bigger for comfort, but they keep me all warm and cosy on the days you just don't wanna. My nephew has also taken a liking to this hoodie imparticular as he crawls up inside it for nap time. Always 5 stars for quality, customer service, shipping, and the emails aren't those ones you get an think "oh no this again" you can open them emails thinking "what can I binge buy next" THANK YOU to the I'm fine team for keeping me warm an in my style, I love your hoodies

So soft and comfortable - the only thing I was pretty disappointed with was I ordered the blush pink one because I wanted the black hand with the white highlights - but on the hoodie I got, the hand is all black with no white highlights as pictured. I've had lots of compliments on it.

Just as a heads up for anyone else, the arms are pretty long (but I don't mind that as much), but I am a very short person lol!

All in all I'm pretty pleased though and looking forward to ordering some more hoodies! Not gonna lie, it's more than I would normally spend on a top (I'm a Primark/Tesco cheap clothing gal haha!) but I think it was definitely worth the spend... after years of chronic pain and putting up with uncomfortable clothes, I've decided you can't put a price on comfort!

I also like that they're long enough to cover the belly portion of the heat pack jeans - I always get paranoid when I wear maternity clothes (and they do look like maternity clothes haha) that people are gonna think I'm pregnant and that could possibly lead to an awkward conversation lol!

So comfy! Nice fabric too. I'm Fine Attire is basically all I wear at the moment! I don't wear pjs in bed at night but I do wear them lounging round the house - I never wear outdoor clothes inside!
I love the way they put no pressure on the bloat at all, even though they hug the tummy well enough to put your heat pack right next to your skin. It's pure wizardry!
Only thing I would say is that the picture really doesn't represent the colour, theyre more of a minty kind of colour but I like it!

I bought exhaustipated pjs and loved them so much i ordered the sage pjs, they are so comfy and relaxing, im able to sleep comfortably in them.
The only thing i would say is the ones that arrived for me aren't sage in colour like the picture, mine are more blue/turquoise which hasn't stopped me wearing them but i did like the sage colour

Perfect PJ’s. Exactly what I’ve been looking for for years. They came up a bit big so I’m likely to go for the size down for new ones but these will be perfect for after endometriosis surgery.

These are such a good idea, are well designed and well made.

I followed advice and other reviews and ordered a size down (I'm a 12-14 and got a 10-12) and they fit perfectly.
However, they weren't comfy and made my sensitive tummy hurt as the tummy section is quite solid and pressed on me too much, I was hoping they would be softer and lighter on the tummy area. Sadly due to my disability I left it too long to return them so it was an expensive experiment, but if you don't have a horribly sensitive tummy then these are probably brilliant.

Super comfy and live for the colour!
